offices are here to help your mortgage department
with guidelines and program information relating to
government insured lending. As we all know,
HUD strictly prohibits co-brokering or the charging
of fees by two origination parties for any and all
Government Insured mortgages. Therefore, we
created this resource center to assist you with your
questions relating to Government Insured Mortgages.
We can help you with the guidelines, programs in an
effort to make sure your clients have all of the
necessary information. Our team is here to

All Out-of-State Mortgage Requests should be sent in

Referral Form. If you receive a loan
request that is outside of your lending area, you
may refer this borrower to Allied for approvals,
